Hrm. Feeling a mite poetical this morning. Keeps me sane. According to the timer on the phone, I’ve been on the line with the lovely Ms Bee for 13 minutes (including hold times). She doesn’t have a direct line, so I have to call a main customer service line every time and try to get transferred.
But I’m getting ahead of myself. Everyone I’ve spoken to today has been as helpful as they can be, but I just am frustrated to near tears trying to figure out WHERE MY SHOT MEDS ARE.
Phonecall 1: Specialty pharmacy. They sent requests for the prior authorization multiple times since 2/18 (note today’s date …) to the doctor’s office. No response from the doctor’s office, so they closed the request.
