Updated my allergy meds and I should be better shortly. Small chiding for taking expired meds, but mostly “you aren’t supposed to do it but that short a time from expiration shouldn’t be a problem”. Also, use and love a neti pot or other method for keeping me clean and clear so I don’t give any germs a place to hide …

And finally, I need to take allergy medicine earlier in the year now (it’s February!) and any time I go visit the cats.

Better than a viral infection, yippie!
